Looking to the Future - our new series of lunchtime / after-work talks
A View from the Top will be our second talk in this series. Sir Sandy Crombie will come and speak to us. The occasion will take the form of an interview covering many of the topics of interest to us all as we look ahead.

Reflecting on New Futures Group - our support group for people between jobs
In December 2009 we completed our fifth cycle of talks for people made redundant / between jobs. Since January 2009 around 90 people have benefited from our seminars of whom 40% have moved into paid work. Demand for the course has gone down of late, which we hope is a good sign. We therefore will not be running the New Futures Group weekly meetings in the foreseeable future. However, we shall watch economic developments closely and if there is the demand for a further cycle of NFG we will run it again.
