business matters along with Macdonald Hotels sponsors this course which was conceived and developed in Edinburgh as a short, lunchtime version of the world-famous Alpha course. 8 million people have now done an Alpha.
This midday adaptation is well suited to business people, especially as the various speakers and many of the illustrations they use come from the world of work. Do try out this taster session. You'll have a ball and, if you decide to do the course, you will obtain the "password to friendship throughout the world", as one person has described the Alpha course.
NB: This, the seventh Business Alpha Edinburgh course, will formally start a fortnight later on Thursday 21 September. It will then run every Thursday until 7 December when there will be a celebration lunch and open-mike time to round off the course. There will be a different speaker each week, drawn from the business community. For more information visit the
Business Alpha Edinburgh website.
