The content:

Each week course participants will receive an email with a short amount of reading material relative to that week's theme.  It will be based on the Bible.  The challenge in our discussions at table will be to unpack the content of what we have read, "test it", and then see how and where it may be adapted and applied in the workplace - to our benefit and to the benefit of all those with whom we work.

  1. Relationships in our society today; what they can be like among Christians
  2. Loving one another: building one another up; giving expression to love in our actions and in our speech
  3. Change in us: the place of correction in our lives; why we should desire correction and how to receive it
  4. Christian speech; what is slander; what is gossip; the place of constructive criticism; confidentiality
  5. Resolving conflicts among Christians
  6. Relating well to those who are not Christian
