At business matters, we are acutely aware of the impact that the stresses and strains of our working life can have on our health, relationships and quality of life. We are thrilled to be able to let you know that after a successful week full of events in May (as part of national Mental Health Awareness week) we have decided that Mental Health & Wellbeing is something that will remain a core part of our program at business matters with regular events to support you.
We want to provide you and your colleagues with access to cutting edge information on improving mental health in the workplace and to enable us to do so we have partnered with Scottish mental health charity ‘Thinking Better’. Together we are looking forward to making a positive impact through our ongoing events, regular articles and top tips for wellbeing at work which you’ll find these highlighted in the Mental Health & Wellbeing section each month in our newsletter from September onwards.
We are looking forward to the first talk in September having established our commitment to continued work with Thinking Better and having this stream of work as an integrated part of business matters‘ support for those working in the city.
