Update on 17th April:

Update on 6th April:
- One of our network emailed me with a useful and very comprehensive summary of the current situation for businesses or the self-employed which had been produced by Ian Murray, MP for South Edinburgh, on 3rd April. This link will take you directly to the page on Ian Murray’s website where the information can be found

Written by a Christian, the experiences and the points in the first part of the article are relevant whether you profess to have a faith or not – they are worth reading.
1st April update:
- Here is a useful short video on strategies to try when you are starting to feel shut-in and claustrophobic – it comes from Andy Gregg, Work Place Chaplain for Edinburgh
